Economical bi-directional knife gate valve for slurry applications

 

The K2300 Series knife gate valve is a heavy duty perimeter seated valve for abusive applications. The extra thick body walls add durability and a fully recessed perimeter seat creates a cavity free, bidirectional zero leakage seal. The valve has been designed to meet MSS SP-81 standards.

2" to 24" ANSI Class 150 flange bolt pattern; Maximum 250 psig; MSS SP-81 dimensions; Powder coated ductile iron body; 304 SS polished gate; Braided Teflon packing; EPDM cavity free seat; handwheel operated up to 12" and gear operated above 12"; various materials and actuation options
